Problem with Zonealarm Antivirus

Right know the scanner stopped at 1 file for over 20minutes now its C:\windows\system32\comdlg32.dll. Can anyone tell me if i should worry about it or not?

nothing to worry about, comdlg32.dll is a Windows System and should be in a system directory

 

Now, why is ZoneAlarm hanging up on this one file? Who knows. Try starting the scan again. If it happens again on the same file, maybe a visit to ZoneAlarm's web site or support page is a good idea. Or maybe the issue is addressed in an update....

when Zone alarm is first installed it needs to learn your system after that when you install a new file it will ask you if you will allow it and if a command to start a program is not known to ZA it will ask under the suspicious behavior tag so just be patient for a while and let it learn (it can take a long time it depends on how much you have in the PC)
