problems after reset

hey guys I came to you once before about problems with my computer and I would like to say that I went by everything you guys suggested but I've never had time to work on my computer, so I made another "quick fix" attempt. I just reset my dell back to factory settings assuming that it would wipe everything out on my computer including any viruses, malware, vundo and whatever but now I am currently have trouble with my internet. I've tried to download mozzilla and it corrupts during download and my updates wont finish because it constantly misses files. if you can help that would be awsome
