I installed bootvis and now I cannot see/access any of my cd rom drives. I'm assuming it did something in the bios to speed up the boot. I went back to a restore point prior to installing bootvis but still cannot see the cd roms.

    Please help!

First of all, check if the drives are still listed in the device manager.
Open up the device manager (start, run, type devmgmt.msc, enter), expand the 'DVD/CD-ROM drives' group and check if your drives are still there.
If they are still listed, delete all of them and reboot the computer to force windows to reinstall them. After that, they should be accessible again.
