   Hi,
   
   I am having problems downloading files from the internet, it just kinda flashes onto the desktop and then disappears instantly.
   I have looked everywhere for the files, even in recent documents to no avail, this even happens with clip art.
   
   We are on Windows XP and have ran a virus check which showed up nothing.
   
   Can you help?

   Which browser? IE? Have you tried another browser?
   When you right click on internet explorer/click on temp files and see if they are there.
