Problems Read Discp.

Ok so im confuzled. My youtube and other sites dont load certain stuff on the site? Youtube problem: The videos are alll black screen with no controls on the screen. Speedtest.net problem: The actual start now button doesnt show. On other sites it gives me other errors iv tried safari 5, opera, firefox, and internet explorer. My computer is really slow its from like the 1990's and it runs Windows XP. Is that the source of my problem? Windows XP? Please reply back or at least read it thank you

 

Your hardware specs? If your computer was from the 90's, that means it came with an older version of Windows. So, it was upgraded, at some point, to Windows XP, right?
