   I am trying to install updated drivers for nvidia 8800 gts, i removed old ones and when i try to install the new ones i get message that microsoft installation wizard is already running and will start new ones when current install is done, but i am not installing anything new, install wizard should not be running. Any help is much appreciated

   Which OS by the way?
   
   Anything listed in Device Manager with a yellow ! mark by it if so what?
   
   
   But try this and remove and mention of Nvidia setup installers http://www.majorgeeks.com/Windows_Installer_CleanUp_Utility_d4459.html if they are listed.
