My home computer (no longer with internet :( ) won't ruin the 'clean' features in ccleaner, giving me some java error telling me that some floating point does not exist...

    How do I fix this?

I think you are missing the correct version of visual basic and that's why the programs don't run.
Does anyone know how to find out what version(s) of vb are installed on a computer?

    Here http://www.karenware.com/powertools/runtimes.asp
is a place to download some versions. Don't download anything until we can figure out what the programs need and what is on your computer.
