I have a XP machine where I can´t activate (registration) the autodesk programs.
When I press activation the pop-up (is an internetpage-like screen) is all white, where it should be text and some radio botons.

This was after a cleanning procedure (following the instructions from this site), so I wonder if the procedure did block something, since the activation screen clearly uses IE resourses?

I had checked the FAQ at autodesk and followed all the instructions that seemed related.

Any insite in this would be apreciated as the time limit to complete the activation is expiring and that machine is really needed at the office.

    Thanks in advance
