Problems with .AVI

HI,

I have a problems with my computer? When I download a .avi and I went to the folders Windows give me an error in explorer.exe and exit all the programs. Why I have this problems?


Sorry for my english, I speak french habitually.

 

I'm not sure I understand, but try a codec pack.... I had a similar problem once and installing a codec pack fixed it....
