Problems with Cyberpatrol

Does anyone have any experience with cyberpatrol. I bought a licensed version from them online. I am having problems with it running on user accounts on my system. It runs fine in my profile, but when another user logs into their profile an error message displays saying "an error has ocurred, restart your system. If this error persists contact tech support". It blocks all internet traffic for the other users even in override.
I have contacted tech support, but have gotten no response.

 

I think you have to diable/uninstall it and install it on everyones profile? Im not too fluent with cyberpatrol but that happens with lots of programs. Also, try configuring it/reinstalling it.
