Problems with Firefox

    I am running Window Vista Home Premium, and I am unable to download or install Firefox onto my laptop. Can anyone out there help?

    1. Is Firefox the only item you cannot download?

    2. Do you get an error message when you try to download?

    3. Have you tried an alternative download site for Firefox?

    4. Are you trying to download using IE6/IE7?

    5. Have you tried right clicking on the download link and selecting "Save target as"?
