Problems with Home Search Assistent and probably a couple others

Hello, I am new to the board. And I have been having problems with Home Search Assistant and probably some other spywares. ive run ad-aware and spybot search and destroy many times over and it does not seem to pick it up. so here is my log from hijackthis.
