Problems With Newest Windows Update??

    ive noticed that my internet browsing has been slow since the latest windows update install. unknown to me, it setup all of this new firewall and anti-virus crap on my computer. it actually pissed me off pretty bad because i thought it was damn sneaky of them. ing microsoft. anyone else having this problem? i know for a fact its not my connection because i use road runner and am getting excellent signal strength. please help because this is frustrating as all hell. thanks in advance.

    Were not really big fans of swearing here, though if your frustration was based on facts, rather then anger, I might understand it better :)

    The new security window comes up and ASKS you to turn on the Windows firewall and does not include anti-virus, but does notify you of problems with your current anti-virus if any, notifies you the firewall is on and asks to automate Windows Update.

    Theres nothing sneak here at all, its a pretty huge window that comes up before your machine starts to set these options up right after installing SP2. If you have a firewall, disable one or the other, 2 running could cause problems.
