Problems with proxies

    hello folks

    ive been trying to change my ip by using proxies. but whenever I do, I get disconnected from the internet, anyone got any idea how this can be solved?
    ya well, i try to download ragnarok from the official korean website, but the korean website automatically rejects non-korean IP's and then I can't download, just for someone outthere who plays RO too :p

    Don't think I got this right? You are trying to change your public IP??? Contact your ISP!!!
