Problems with Screensnapr!

Okay lately in the summer screensnapr was down or i guess it was down for a while.. because i weren't able to upload any pictures and i had paid for the software so i could store pics on the site.. so now for a while ago and today.. i tried to log in with the same email and password i use for screensnapr like always and it tells me it's wrong.. then i try forgott password and write down the correct email adress with no typos or anything like that.. then it says my email is not found.. I have sent a mail or more likely submitted a bug.. but i guess i won't get an answer there :-/ does anybody have had the same problem and knows how to solve that? because it was a one time payment and still is.. so i don't understand why my email is removed from their servers..
