Problems with USB pc Link Stereo

I bought a Phillips stereo system about a year and a half ago, and it worked fine when i bought it.

about a half a year ago it only worked with the pc link as long as it was booted up before my music program was booted up, which wasnt too bad and was fixable if i just closed and reopened the program

right now, it only works ever if i reinstall the software for it every time i turn on my computer. that is annoying as hell, how do i fix this as i dont have any normal computer speakers and am not about to go buy some to replace these

phillips/magnavox tech support ****ing sucks. im sorry for the profanity but there is no other way to put it

we still dont have our tv from them so i dont trust them with my stereo. plus its their ****ing program thats gone on the blink

(ok maybe ill give it a shot but im not looking forward to saying ENGLISH 7 times again)
