Problems with virtual pc

Can anyone help with this problem please.
I have loaded Microsoft virtual PC with the intention of running Ubuntu 64bit in it.
If i try to load from the CD it tells me i need i need a processor with 64bit capabilities but i am running Windows Vista 64 on the same machine so my hardware is good.
I am not sure if the setup is right but i can not load it from my folders either???

 

Virtual PC only supplies a 32-bit "computer" to any virtual OSes.

Thanks for the link Goran it looks as though there is a way to get 64bit running on the machine.
I will read it in more detail and see what options are open to me.
