This program does what it says it does, and I have successfully installed Windows 7 on a USB flash drive.
However, I believe the download page for this program should include an advisory about it being a very slow process taking several hours before Windows is fully installed.
I have deleted it and reformated my flash drive.
    Why?
Because the newly installed Windows is painfully slow - frequently hanging - but there are issues with the Paging File. Irrespective of how you configure the Paging File (or leave it system controlled), each time you log on to the new Windows, the first thing that appears once you are logged on is a dialog box informing you that Windows was forced to configure a temporary Paging File which might be larger than the user is expecting.
Basically, Windows reacts in strange ways to the unusual installation which, for me, makes it unusable hence my decision to give up and delete it.
While I do not consider myself a geek, I am well accustomed to clean installs of Windows since 2007.

    From the website:
"•USB flash drives are very slow. It takes a long time to install and run Windows from a USB flash drive, highly recommend using a USB hard disk."
