process is killing my processor

Hi i bank with RBS and they offered that Trusteer Rapport so gave it a try. today i noticed that my machine was working hard contsantly so looked at processes and Rapport was hogging 50%+ all the time so thought sod it and uninstalled Rapport. Now everytime i reboot these 2 processes start and i have to stop them. When i go to program files i can't delete them. When i do stop them all is well!! How can i get rid?

 

hi yeah i did simply uninstall it and after it said unable to delete some files and to do it manually. I will give your instructions a try now and hopefully will work!!

 

hi again. i downloaded what u said and as i've already tried uninstalling the program it doesn't show up on revo. i also downloaded anvir task manager and deleted the process but it came back no problem at all. scanned for spyware with a few programs and nothing found. All i'm left with are the program files which i can't delete!

 

hi thanks for your help and im glad to say mission complete. goodbye rapport. as you can tell im not great on computers but ran it in safe mode and deleted folders in appdata and program files. works fine now!
