Processor Usage??

Hello, Here's the deal, i downloaded a program called Application Warp, this is what it's telling me. 34MB Free and 100% Processor Usage. I'm not that computer illiterate, However, i've been having problems with the computer: Trying to run some games - Memory access violation? and Explorer errors in unknown when i visit MSN Groups. ( which i posted in a previous post but i dont know if anyone didn't know how to correct it or not. I"d like to get all of these errors and such taken care of.. I posted my hijack this log in my previous post, if anyone would like me to post it again just let me know. Is it possible i need more memory? Stupid question ( i should know more about this LOL ) also i'm running WIN ME..

OH , ps. Father in law wants to over clock my computer, what is this, is it safe and should it be done on a E machine with 15 GB of memory?
