this happened to my colleague's computer, whenever he runs most of the exe files, the msg box come up. As he is using the computer just for typing and emailing, he has no idea where to find help.

please help solve the problem and suggest us what to do, thanks alot

That error looks like corrupted system files. A quick glance around the net doesn't provide much useful information.

Tell us the Operating System your friend is using and any details on how this started. Did he install programs recently or do any cleanup procedures that could be related?
