profile challenge

I have 3 profiles set up on my computer and one of them, normally setup to be an admin. will not open any files. When you try to open a program it says you don't have the admin rights to do so. The same profile will open files when it is switched over to limited use. If anyone has any thoughts regarding what this might be other than malware let me know, originally posted this in malware and computer/logs were clean.
The only discovery I've made since then is that on 11/11 I ran CCleaner registry cleaner on this profile and it did delete some items. I can't however restore this file to the registry because I can't open the file as a full user and don't have the correct admin rights as a limited user.

Read this through, to start in safe mode tap F8 key while booting and choose safe mode from the list, hope it helps...

 

I was able to give my profile the rights to control the file and was able to add the deleted registry files back into the registry. Alas this did not fix the problem.
When the user profile is put back as a admin user it will not open any files. It will open files and get on the internet as a limited user profile but when it is activated as an admin nothing works.
