Program changes to computer

I am sorry to be a nuisance again but still having a problem with my computer. Now everytime I start the computer a message window pops up on the screen. It reads: "Do you want the following program to make changes to this computer?" "Windows Command Processor" Windows Installer. The program path is: "c:\windows\sysWOW64\cmd.exe"/c c:\users\Arleen\msuzidgf.exe. At the same time McAfee keeps popping up that it is blocking about 4 or 5 IP addresses. Do I allow this program? Please advise. Not sure what to do.

I'm pretty sure that is going to be a malware issue. You need to work through the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide and post the logs in a new topic in the Malware Removal forum.
