Program for RMA handling?

    Hello all.
    I work for a company and my job deals with handling of inventory. One thing that has been recently handed to me was handling of Return Merchandise Authorization. Right now the RMA is kept on excel and papers. I would like to find a program that is similar in style to ACT! 2000 family. I like the feature of ACT! to where it kept a short "to do" type of list of current contacts. I would like to have something similar, just for RMAs. The computer I am using is Windows 7 64 bit, this program may wind up on a Windows 2008 Server though. Any information is greatly appreciated.
