Program for scaning HD

    I have a Samsung 1GB hard drive (storage) that might be going bad, looking for free software that scans harddrives for problems.

    I believe it would be best to use a diagnostic made specifically for your drive.

    You want to download the CD version and unzip it. Burn the iso image with a program like Nero or ImgBurn Boot the CD and run the diagnostics.
