program question

whats the best program for looking at pictures offline that you saved while online?..basically im looking for a program that will let me view pics of all types..i have this one program right now and it can only show me some pics(ofcourse in the download description it said it can view all types)..i wanna be able to right click pics online and save as..then be able to go look at them...any help would be most appreciated
