Program starts automatically in the background when exiting Stand By Mode

Hello:
My problem is that when I exit stand by mode, ATI TV starts running automatically in the background. Once I move the mouse to exit stand by I can hear the audio of a tv station playing but have to actually go to the Start Menue and open up ATI TV and then close it for it to stop. I have gone through all of the preferences of ATI TV and could not find anything that would stop this.

I am running Windows XP Home and the software for the ATI TV came with my ATI AIW 9800 Pro.
