Program won't remove

Is there software that will remove a program that refuses to remove itself? I have a program called Replay Media Catcher from Applian Technologies that won't remove itself and errors out. I get a message that says:

Error 1001: Unable to get installer types in the c:\program files\Applian Technologies\Replay Media Catcher 4\asmr.dll assembly -> Unable to laod one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.

I have no idea what the LoaderExceptions property is.

I also have no use for this program as it won't do what I want and would like to remove it from my PC.

If they don't work for yeah there is a program called Advance system care 4.0 it has tons of neat little tools and it can delete any kinda program that is locked it has a force ware program and its free too use i have been useing it for that last 2 years sense 3.0version and O problems.

Just go into Tool Box
Iboit uninstaller 2 ther do a search for program
its worth the Extra money as well i think i paid 12 or 13 for it and got a whole year worth of license
