Programs finc.exe and ulea.exe keep showing up

I found entries in the registry, under hkeylocalmachine/software/microsoft/shared tools/msconfig/startupreg for
two programs, finc.exe and ulea.exe. I unchecked them in msconfig, but fince.exe keeps coming back. I can't find anything in google for either, but fear they are spyware or worse. finc tried to get to the intertnet, which I stopped with zonealarm, but i don't know whart they are and wanr to get rid of them.
