Programs Opening

Hello, my first post but here goes.

I have a slight problem on my pc, i am a gamer but really cant figure this one out, i recently have had a big issue with my pc randomly opening different programs such outlook express, winamp and my calcualtor.

It only seems to be these 3 programs, now i use a wireless keyboard and mouse so i first thought it was this, so i replaced the batteries, still the same then i reverted back to my Z-Board and wired mouse, this didnt help either.

I have run several scans with Spybot, AVG and the microsoft anti spy programs none of which seem to have resolved the issue...

Can any one help with any ideas with this please... any help would be much appreciated thank you.
