Promise Ultra133 TX2 not working properly

First of all, hi there fellas

I got Win XP Pro SP2 running on my machine, and 3 hds + 1 dvd-burner from NEC. 1GB mem etc...

Well here's the case, i bought Promise Ultra133 TX2 and tried to add-on it 2 more Seagate Barracuda IDE-drives, 1x 400GB & 1x 250GB... then i installed the card into mobo [OK]. Started pc, and it went to windows (without hd's been connected) and installed drivers (newest from promise.com)

Shutted down my pc, and plugged all connectors the way they should into these two hard drives and started my pc once again...
Now i came across to screen where it loads promise card and shows my 2 drives, and both their sizes and infos are [OK]. After that nothing happens, it doesnt even load win xp screen or what so ever...the damn black screen just appears and if i wait 5 mins nothing really happens what so ever still...

Any suggestions what i should do?
BIOS upgrade to promise ? (dont have disk drive on my pc)
Besides that i havent figured out anything good yet...

If you need any extra info of my build or anything at all, please ask if it gives any hope of running this card properly into win...
