prospect pro200-s500 trouble comm with the printer

i have a older printer the prospect pro200-s500. and it keeps saying having trouble communicating with the printer. im using windows 8.1 on a Toshiba satellite b 55. it was working a few days ago and now i cant get it work with my wi-fi and now it wont print at all. any help will help thanks robert

 

thanks its windows is 64 bit. and so far everything is all most working. now if i can get the blinking light to go to green and it accept the wireless router keeps saying its out of range which i know its not out of range. looks like i will have to use the use usb cord but i rather use the wireless thats in the house

 

thanks for the link's all problems have been solved and both computers are printing with thru the wireless set up
