Proxies??

    My roommate and I share my computer in my home, We both are members of a certain dating website, apparently having two people on the same computer using the same IP is against their terms of service, nonetheless my account was chosen to be IP banned. Support for the site is horrible I wrote them and they have not responded it's been 22 days.

    I really enjoy the site and I want to get re register on it but like I stated earlier I am IP banned and unable o do so. Someone mentioned the use of proxies to me and how that might work. Does anyone have any ideas or insight on how to overcome this issue? Thanks in advance!

    Sorry, Windows 7 Home 32 Bit, it is happening using Firefox, I also have IE and Chrome installed as well but haven't tried with those two

    Easy way
    Start here

    and type the site(s) you want to surf to in the address bar. Be warned, browsing will be slow.

    Harder way: set up a proxy in FF and manually enter the IP

    Since servers do go off line you may have to change the IP when you find you can't connect.
    Also, some sites will refuse to accept a connection when they notice a proxy.

    Another way:Install the Tor Browser and use it to surf.
