proxy server

    I'm new at all this but I have two HP cameras (HP315 & HP320 ) and have used both to unload pictures ,well somehow my 315 camera got deleated from files,so I have tried to reload and it says I need a proxy server, Why would this come up when I have used it for 4 yrs right out of the box, I was wondering if it is on account of having two cameras loaded. HP says I need proxy server Host name and Port . Help please.:confused: :confused: :mad:
