PS2 question

    I have a question i have a lcd t.v and i would like to play my playstation on it but in the manual it says not to play it on a projection tv does that mean a lcd tv or something different?

    you can use it on an LCD just perfectly but if your still not sure, just refer to your tv's manual.

    Some video games with flashing effects will burn a permanent image of the game into the background, which can be seen even if not playing the game. Take viper_boy's advice and best check your manual.

    lcd isn't a projection screen tv so you should be good to go.

    Actually guys, there is such an animal as LCD projection TV. Yep, they've got 'em - they're out there. Fortunately, for everybody (and that includes gamers) this type of projection, (either rear or front) doesn't suffer from the notorious burn-in that the old-style "tube" projectors did. By the way - burn in will happen to your expensive plasma screens as well.:)
