PS2 to PC - No Sound

I recently purchased the Dazzle DVC 90 in order to play my PS2 via my laptop.

This has so far worked brilliantly using MPC as the medium through which I see the screen but there is no audio.

Although when I open Studio 9, the software supplied with the hardware there is sound but the preview screen is simply too small to use to play PS2 games.

Surely if the sound works in Studio 9, it should also be able to work in MPC?

I have changed the audio device to DVC90 in MPC.
I had previously been using AmCap in which to play but this also had no sound. Would there be some sort of plugin or some tweak I could do in which to make the sound work?
