PSGuard\WinHound FakeAlert problem

    well i visited a website that has a trojan and it gave me PSGuard\WinHound FakeAlert and now my desktop says this

    Warning! Spyware threat detected! System error #1752

    Your computer has several fatal errors due to spyware activity.
    Your IP address is 127.0.0.1and via this address an unauthorized
    access was gained by another computer. It is strictly recommeded
    to install an anti-virus software to close all security breaches.

    i need a way to remove this and ill dl any necessary tools

    It did seem to remove the malware, but i just wanna make sure

    Let's get an installed programs list from HijackThis too!
    • Run HijackThis, click Open the Misc Tools section
    • Click Open Uninstall Manager
    • Click Save List (generates uninstall_list.txt)
    • Click Save, to save it to a file where you can find it.
    • Attach the uninstall_list.txt file to your next message.

    Okay the below three items are old:

    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
    Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03
    Mozilla Firefox (1.5)

    Update to the new Sun Java and uninstall these two old versions.
    Also update to FireFox 1.5.0.1 (get it here: Mozilla FireFox )

    Also you should uninstall Viewpoint Media Player as recommended in step 0 of the READ & RUN ME.

    Then locate the below and delete them:
    C:\WINDOWS\uninstDsk.exe
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\Zango Programs
