psp moddding

hey can anyone help me im trying to put a portal on my psp and the file wont open... it makes me so mad i have unleash x on my x box and its pretty cool so im not sompletely new to this can any one help or tell me of some other cool mods?????

 

I don't know your location (n/a may be cute, but not very helpful), but if you can get hold of Edition #75, of PCUtilities, pp30-34, there is an extensive article on "hacking" a Sony PlayStation portable.

I don't own a PSP, so don't know how much use this article will be for you.
