Pst Hell

Hi,

I'm new here and I really need your help.

Recently I back'ed-up my pst files on a usb stick as I replaced my PC.

After coping the pst files from the usb to my new computer (already wipe and sold the old laptop), outlook would no longer recognises the pst files as outlook files. Neither do Scanpst.exe. I have tried a lot of so called recovery tools but non of them can fix the problem.

I have check the usb drive (chkdsk) and there are no fault or errors on the drive and all other files appears to be working fine.

Do any of you have any suggestions to what caused this error and how to fix it?
