   Would the a power source FAN be usable in the case?

   760mb ddr ram

   as long as you can power it, yes. the only problem i could see is that the fan in the PSU sometimes has a small 4 pin connector that will not plug into a molex power or the 3 pin fan power on the motherboard.
   
   but all in all, its still just a fan. just dont use a power supply without a fan inside
