PSU Help/Suggestions

Hello,
I have just bought a new graphics card for my computer after having some problem issues, and have also decided to purchase a new PSU to support the requirements of my card. I'm running an AMD athlon 64 X2 4200+ CPU with a Gigabyte GA-M55plus-S3G nForce430 motherboard, inside a soprano thermaltake case. My new graphics card is a sapphire HD3850 ATI card (Recommended 450W PSU with 30 A on 12-volt rail with 2x3 power connector reccomended).

I am Currently running a 430W Thermaltake PSU.

Will either of the following corsair PSU's meet my needs and fit my case?

PSU CORSAIR 520W HX-520 MODULAR POWER SUPPLY

PSU CORSAIR 620W HX-620 MODULAR POWER SUPPLY

Any help is much appreciated.

Either will do. Good price for a solid psu at this level too.

The 520 just squeezes into spec with little room for later upgrade.
The 620 has more comfortable headroom.

The price difference between the two is negligible, so I think I will go
with the 620, will be good to have my computer running normally again.

It gives confidence to see a manufacturer/supplier stating the currents and max power on any rail, rather than just a blanket XXX watts.

It is also good to see a user considering these parameter in the first place.
