Every time I start my computer, the power LED just continuously flashing. I removed the video card and the PC will boot. Is this a power supply problem ( computer was fine handling the load before) or a video card problem? Card is 8800 GTS and power supply is 850w

Replace the video card with a borrowed one. That 8800GTS doesn't draw much power. It could also be your PSU even though it's an 850W and total overkill for what you have. What's the make there?

Antec PSU. Plugged in a broken video card geforce 460 (doesnt output video but draws power to the fan). System turns on fine.
Seems like the video card is causing a short or something?

Good PSU A broken GTX460?:eek Try cleaning out the PCI-E slot. I can't help you more than that I'm afraid.:(

Someone else may have an idea.
