PSU test results

    Hello.

    I have a Coolmax LCD Power Supply Tester.

    It comes with no instructions, just a table on the packaging that gives acceptable ranges for each voltage measured.
    I'm testing a PSU and am getting a reading that means PG too high (HH is displayed and it beeps repeatedly).
    What exactly does this mean?
    Is the PSU toast??
