i am (see other posts from me) having computer problems and so i bought a power supply tester form comp usa.
i followed directions that came with the tester...
first my psu seemed to pass the test, then i realized that i still had my case fan plugged into the psu.
so i made sure everything was disconnected from psu power and treid testing it again. it didnt pass the test according to the instructions. but somehow it passes only when the case fan is still plugged in.
now the directions didnt specify to make sure nothing is connected to the psu at time of testing...i just kinda assumed it

    is this normal??
