Public Folder Icons

Hey all,

I have a rather odd problem, which its pretty insignificant to mosty, but its driving me barmy.
On my Vista PC, the videos folder icons have changed in the public folder. Normally Music, Videos and Pictures all have different system images to make them a little different, but the videos one has just changed to a normal folder.
This morning when I went in, there was even a new Public Videos folder, which had the right icon, but was actually called "Public Videos". i copied the desktop.ini from it into the real videos folder, which already has all the files in it, but even that doesnt make it change.

The only thing normal about the folder, is it has a little icon overlay at the bottom, of 2 people. the same Overlay is over the music, pictures, and recorded tv folders, so I assume that it means it is a system folder.

Can anyone tell me anyway to get the icons to come back?
