Pup Virus Optional.legacy

ADWCleaner found PUP virus Optional.legacy and PUP Optional Driver Pack. I came back from the kitchen and my computer goes crazy! First, it says update my antivirus, while I'm doing that my date and time change to March 5th! And as usual my paid Avast subscription found nothing!

I can't do any thing because every time I try to access a Web page I get this.

 

I have reset my date and time many times. It immediately goes to a future date and time. And, at this time it will not let me reset the date and time anymore. I get a beep every time I hit a key.

 

Also, I have already removed the malware.

 

I ran ADW when I came back from the kitchen and discovered that my computer's Antivirus had been disabled and the date and time out of whack. I am communicating via my cell phone.

Anyway, I realized that I didn't need the Internet because I already had ADWcleaner in my downloads. I just ran it. It came up with the same malware and I selected remove. I still cannot access the Internet. Can I send you a pic of the resulting txt file that ADWcleaner generated?

 

Nevermind, now I cannot find the ADW txt file log.

 

I just had my computer in the shop on November 11th, and he reinstalled the operating system because windows was asking for the license key and I didn't have it, so when I came home I manually created a restore point. Last night when I cleaned the computer with ADW, I still could not change the date and time or get my paid Avast to work, so I went to system restore and searched for the point I created and it was not there. I restored with an automatic restore point. So I looked at the restore points right before you asked and both of the available restore points are dated for the year 2019.

 

I'm getting this action center notification that my spyware virus protection malware protection is outdated and needs to be updated but I cannot do it.
