Purchased A New Alienware M18 R1 - Issues With Fans Running All The Time!

Hi there forum.

Like the title says - I just purchased a new Alienware M18 R1 and I am experiencing some odd issues with fans running almost all the time! I don't mean while playing Halo or Call of Duty. I mean while upload my resume in MS Word format to Indeed or LinkedIn. Apparently, this pc (I paid too much for) has four fans and they begin to run and won't stopped. They are very loud and actually make my mouse hand cold while they are doing their thing. I can't tell if this is normal or I pc is missing drivers or ? I dunno...

Please Help! For the absurd amount of $$$ I spent on this pc I feel I should be be experiencing this issue. I have uploaded the Belarc file created from my pc.

Thank you for any pearls of wisdom as I am clearly a shmuck at this stuff.

I don't know what that screen shot is supposed to show. The enlarged version is still too tiny and no easier to read (for me, anyway).

I will quickly say since you just bought this, you do not want to do anything that voids the warranty.

No, it is not normal for your fans to run so fast and loud when doing simple (low demanding) tasks such as creating a Word document or uploading to a website. When your system is not being taxed, the fans should be on their lowest speeds.

That said, I did see this Tom's Hardware review where they say,

It is apparently designed for heavy gaming and so the default, apparently, is to get ahead of heat before it gets out of hand. Tom's also says,

You might want to contact tech support to see if there is a setting you can change.
