Purchased New Laptop. Advice On Uninstalling Garbage Programs

Now that I've switched from Windows 10 S Mode (see my post on that on this forum) to Windows 10 Home, I am now in the process of uninstalling/removing all the garbage programs aka "bloatware" that Windows seem to LOVE to cram into their computers. How do I know what to keep and what to trash? I think some of these programs are just reinstalled when Windows comes out with their latest build, so would I just be wasting time removing them? I'm talking about stuff like 3D Viewer, Groove Music, Microsoft News, Mixed Reality Portal, Print 3D, Tips, Your Phone, and the other apps I have no use for. Office 365 will be going as well, since I have already installed Office Professional Plus 2007, which I like WAY better. Side question: should I have uninstalled Office 365 before installing Professional Plus?

I have been using Revo Uninstaller to remove programs I don't need/use for my last 2 computers. Should I continue using it or is it better to use Windows built in uninstaller? Revo has a "Windows Apps" function that lists all the Windows apps on my new laptop.

Not to sound rude, google it. With any new computer I look up programs and processes to see what it does and if it can safely be removed. If I can't remove it, I figure out a way to have it stop checking for updates and see if there are any startup processes I can set to stop and manual start.
Revo is better than Windows add/remove because it examines the registry. Windows add.remove tends to let all the junk remain in the registry. If a program is removed, you don't need things in the registry.
