Purchasing a new video card, help please.

I'M CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN INEXPENSIVE, EFFICIENT, DURABLE, GOOD PERFORM. VIDEO CARD TO RUN COUNTERSTRIKE (HALF-LIFE).
I ONLY PLAY COUNTERSTRIKE SO WHAT VIDEO CARD SHOULD YOU RECOMMEND ME PURCHASING?

I'm assuming you want to play Counter-Strike:Source? (Halflife 2)

Whats your budget? Your processor will hold you back from going too high end, as it will bottleneck and you wont get the full power of the card. Also, your power supply is likely a limiting factor.

again, you might not even be able to fully utilize a card like that with a 1.6ghz p4, but its worth a shot
