Push from Apple?

    I keep getting this pop-up pushed into my compuer several times a week, from Apple (ostensibly), bidding me to sign up for Safari 4 and also Quicktime and itunes.

    It comes with a cost.

    There is no visible way to get rid of it.
    It pisses me off!
    Any suggestions for geting rid of it?
